Refund Policy

1. Project Deposits
For custom digital services (including Web Development, Brand Identity, and Media Production), Variety Ventures requires a non-refundable upfront deposit to secure your project slot and commence work. This deposit covers the initial strategic planning and resource allocation.
2. Cancellation During Development
If a client chooses to cancel a project mid-development, the initial deposit is retained by Variety Ventures. Any additional payments made toward project milestones that have already been completed and delivered will also be non-refundable.
3. Final Delivery
Once final deliverables are handed over and full payment is received, no refunds can be issued. We work closely with our clients during the revision phases to ensure complete satisfaction prior to final delivery.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event that Variety Ventures is unable to complete a project due to internal constraints, a pro-rated refund will be offered based on the percentage of work not yet completed. Such refunds are granted at the sole discretion of our management team.
